I talk to a lot of people, and the longer I am in this business, the more I realize that I am not able to keep track of everyone who is interested in buying, let alone keep them informed when good properties pop up on the market. As new properties come on the market that are or would make excellent rentals, I send out an email to each person on the Property Alerts mailing list. If you are interested in more information, or have any questions about those properties, you call or email me. I do not hassle you or fill your email box up with other junk. Your email address will only be used for the Property Alerts service, so when you get an email, you can be sure that it is something worth checking out.

First name, Last name and Zip are all optional. I like to have the first and last name so I know who I am working with and I ask for zip to help target my marketing. If you do not want to give your name and zip, just enter an email address, and you will still recieve the same information as anyone else.

If you decide at some point that you would like to be removed from the list, just reply to the email with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
